📦 Refund & Return Policy

At Adventmas, we want you to shop with confidence. Below you’ll find our return and refund terms, designed to be clear, fair, and in accordance with consumer rights.

Note: Any complimentary promotional items included with your purchase are provided free of charge and are not eligible for refund, replacement, or credit under any circumstances.

Note: Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

⚠️Note: Advent Calendar Condition Requirement.
Because our Advent calendar is designed with perforated/day doors, we can only accept a return if no doors have been opened and the outer box remains intact and unused. If the box shows signs of use, any day has been opened, perforations are torn, or inner trays/bags have been removed, the item is not eligible for return or refund.

Why: The calendar’s contents can be verified without breaking the box, so returned items must remain in factory condition to be resold.

Non-returnable examples (final sale):

  • Any calendar with one or more opened day doors or torn perforations.

  • Boxes with writing, stickers, or tape applied by the customer.

  • Missing hang cords/ornaments, or inner packaging opened or removed.


🔁 1. Legal Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

In accordance with consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must not have been opened or used.
  • The product must be returned in appropriate condition.

  • A return shipping fee of €7.90 will be deducted from your refund.

🛡️ 2. Extended Return Guarantee – 30 Days

In addition to your legal right, we offer a 30-day return guarantee from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The product must not have been opened or used.

  • It must remain in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact.

  • The product must be in brand-new, resellable condition.

  • A return shipping fee of €7.90 will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that for returns under our 30-day extended guarantee, we refund the product value only. Shipping costs paid at checkout are not reimbursed, and a €7.90 return fee will be deducted from the total.

To start the return process, email info@adventmas.com with:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Product to return

  • A video clearly showing that the product is unopened and in its original packaging


📸 3. Product Arrives Damaged

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can act quickly with the courier.

Email info@adventmas.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the damage

  • Clear video of the damaged product and packaging

  • Photo of the courier label

The returned item will be inspected by our technical team. In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the item shows signs of misuse, neglect, or damage not caused by transport.

We reserve the right to refund or replace the item.


🚚 4. Returns Due to Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address and Non collection from pick-up point

If your order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect shipping address provided

  • Failed delivery attempts with no response

  • Not collected at a pick-up point within the courier’s deadline

We will issue a partial refund, deducting:

  • The original shipping cost paid at checkout (if any), which is non-refundable, and

  • A return shipping fee of €7.90.


⏳ 5. Delivery Times & Refund Processing

  • Delivery delays may occur due to customs, courier delays, or high-demand periods.

  • Specific delivery dates (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc.) cannot be guaranteed.

  • Refunds are processed within 10–25 business days after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Important: For a refund to be issued:

  1. the returned product must be received and confirmed at our warehouse, and

  2. you must confirm your return by writing to info@adventmas.com and attaching proof of return (such as a tracking number or postal receipt).


🛃 6. Customs Delays

In some cases, international orders may be held for inspection by customs authorities in the destination country. These procedures are beyond our control and may significantly affect the delivery timeframe.

  • If the package is cleared, it will be delivered as planned.

  • If it is returned to us due to customs-related issues, a full refund will be issued excluding the original shipping cost, unless the return is due to our error.
